WELCOME
We are studying thin film fabrication processes, such as the metal organic decomposition (MOD) method and laser assisted MOD method. The MOD method is promising for high quality oxide magnetic films. One of the most significant result in our laboratory is bismuth-substituted iron garnet films, which are promising materials for MO applications, spintronic devices, microwave devices, etc. We are also developing characterization techniques utilizing magneto-optical effects, such as MO imaging technique, MO spectroscopy, etc. Recently, we have started a research on MO diffractive deep neural network device.
